The average public taxi fare from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) to the city centre is calculated using meter and should be around 250 – 300 THB. In addition there is an airport surcharge of 50 THB. The driver will also use the overhead expressway into the city centre, in order to avoid traffic jams. There are two tolls which the passenger must pay. These are, as of late 2022, 50 THB & 25 THB.
